About Ryan
I try to be warm, caring, and empathetic. I believe in the power of God’s pursuant love amid trials and suffering. You will find a compassionate and attentive soul in me. The hope of Christ displayed is my primary goal. Living in the confidence of Christ is the ultimate.
I am no better than anyone else, but I am confident in the gospel of Jesus Christ. I’m a redeemed sinner who does not deserve the love of God but is grateful to receive it through Jesus Christ. I have seen the power of the gospel transform lives and believe it can do so with you.
I received my Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. My concentration was in biblical counseling, which remains my passion and calling. This pursuit came about from my trials and sufferings. The Lord’s grace has moved me toward the suffering of others. I believe Christ is the answer we all need.
My methodology is Christ-centric and scripture-saturated.
Because of this, I choose not to practice as a professional counselor according to the Rules of the Tennessee Board for Professional Counselors, Marital and Family Therapists, and Clinical Pastoral Therapists. I do not otherwise provide professional clinical counseling or professional mental health services.

Family
Life
I have been married to my wife, Madison, since 2013. The Lord has used her tremendously in my life.
Madison is a Genetic Counselor for a local hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Over the years, she has worked with many patients, but she has focused on hereditary cancer.
While she does not work with Biblical Help and Hope, she offers me excellent advice on counseling skills.
We have three wonderful children: Everly, Levi, and Silas (not in the picture).
We also love nature, music, and reading good literature.
